The Warriors by the Kung Fu Heroes is an ode to the classic film with music by JTro. Spear headed, choreographed, and conceptualized by Wes Scarpias this extremely collaborative effort has 24 different performers split into 5 iconic gangs. The Warriors borrows themes from other cult phenomenon's like The Greasers and A Clockwork Orange. It was made to have that comic book feel in a live action format and is the Kung Fu Heroes first foray into action design as a team.
On March 23, 2013, The Kung Fu Heroes traveled to Paris, France, and within hours of arriving, stepped foot into Bercy Stadium. With over 40,000 audience members in attendance for the historic martial arts showcase, "Festival of Martial Arts" the team decided to get a little creative and created a brand new performance piece. #kungfuheroes
Inspired by the Fairy Tale Sand Man "King of Dreams", the Kung Fu Heroes brings a show that seemlessly blends together live music, hypnotic dance, dangerous female assassins, and of course, Chinese Kung Fu moves. As a result, "Kung Fu Dream" arrives as an adventure that is uniquely fresh and entertaining. For booking inquiries visit: www.kungfuheroes.com Produced by Philip Sahagun
