Another day of morning practice began at 5 am. Running 1 mile, Wushu Kicking, Line Basics, Push Palm 1/4 mile, Crawling down stairs and Drop Stance Pierce Palm for one mile; then we ran back. On day 6 the students woke up to over 1,000 kicks and a number of different stance training before breakfast. This is training!
